Buyers assume full responsibility for integrating the device into their personal care routine.

• Import Taxes & Duties: All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are strictly the responsibility of the buyer. We will not undervalue the product on customs forms.
• Customs Clearance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the importation of a biomagnetic physical device is permitted in their country. We are not liable for items held, delayed, or confiscated by local customs authorities.

All global transactions are fixed in USD. We highly recommend utilizing Wise for secure international bank transfers, which minimizes transaction fees for both parties. If the buyer requests payment via PayPal, an additional processing surcharge (approx. 4-5%) will be applied to the final invoice to cover merchant fees.

Due to the hygienic nature of physical intervention tools and the high costs associated with international logistics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for “change of mind” or personal expectations not being met.

1-Year Product Warranty

We stand by the engineering quality of our device. If the Cell Healer experiences a mechanical or electrical failure within one (1) year of delivery due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the unit. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the defective unit to our facility in Japan.
