• Do not add too much force while using Cell Healer
• After applying Cell Healer to bodies, it may cause pains, stiffness, itchiness and some other skin troubles
• While using Cell Healer, occasionally, it becomes warmer or cooler but it’s because of the semiconductors inside which is normal function
• If you do not use for a while the top part of product may turn darker because of oxidization of metals which can remove by using this product for a few hours

• Those who have internal medical devices such as pacemakers and microchips that are susceptible to electromagnetic interference.
• Those who with metal allergies.
• Those who are prone to purpura.
• Use for parts where metal, plastic, silicon, chips, etc. are embedded.
• If you are undergoing treatment at another medical institution and are uncertain about its use

• It is not waterproof. Do not use it underwater or around water such as in the bathroom.
• Do not store within reach of small children.
• Do not disassemble, modify, dismantle and repair.
• Keep away from electronic devices, watches, magnetic cards, and other items that are prone to electromagnetic interference.
• Do not use it for any purpose other than its intended purpose. There is a risk of accident, injury or damage.
• Do not drop it or hit it with a strong impact. There is a risk of damage.
• Do not use if it is chipped or scratched. It may hurt your skin.
• Those who have bone abnormalities such as osteoporosis.
• Do not use with cream etc. The main body may be discolored or deteriorated.
• Do not rub your skin too much or use it repeatedly in only one place. It may damage your skin.
• When using it around the eyes, do not rub or press the eyeballs strongly.
• Do not use after cooling or warming the products.  Also, do not use it in an environment where the temperature changes rapidly, such as in a sauna.
• Do not place it near the air outlet of a heater such as a dryer or fan heater. There is a risk of component deformation or failure.

If the product breaks down within the warranty period (cap and lid come off) under normal use according to the precautions in the instruction manual, we will repair or replace it free of charge. When requesting free repair or replacement please ship the product and show the purchase history.

[Even within the warranty period, repairs will be charged in the following cases]

• Failure or damage due to misuse, improper repair, disassembly or modification
• Failure or damage due to dropping accidentally
• Failure and damage due to fire, earthquake and flood damage, lightning strikes, other natural disasters, pollution, etc.
• If purchase history which has information of your address, name and any others can identify the person bought,  is not presented
• Failure or damage when used in a manner not described in the instruction manual
• Failure or damage due to neglect of care after use
